TASTING NOTES
Bright pale yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles that melt with the gold flakes creating a magical visual effect that will hypnotise you without having tasted a drop. The nose reveals intense fruited aromas perfectly combined to the ageing notes. Well-balanced and tasty palate, with a pleasant tickling coming from the bubbles. A beautiful whole that makes this product an authentic luxury.

Selected from the best macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada vineyard, our most traditional cava is born. Produced following the most ancient handcraft techniques, paired with the most innovative technology, Vintage is produced by bottling time. A long and laborious process of over 30 months allows us to convert the wine in this grand cava. The true spoils of perseverance.

TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow in colour with golden reflections. Fine, elegant bubbles. In nose, it’s aromatic, deep and complex, where fruity notes (apricot and golden apple), flowers (roses), and nurturing aromas (hazelnut and honey). On the palate, it’s balanced, creamy and velvety, with a fresh, mineral finish.

TASTING NOTES
Clearly straw color with golden reflections and fine persistent bubbles. On the nose we perceive a good balance between fruited and ageing aromas, a great bouquet. The palate is smooth, dry and very tasty.
